New Pavilion PlannedSub-Committee FormedPlans are under way to raise the money needed to build a new pavilion at the Recreation Ground. The existing wooden structure was erected in the 1970s and, although the bar and kitchen areas have recently been refurbished, is now in need of some expensive renovation work. The plan is to replace it with a brick-built pavilion, offering further changing and shower facilities, with a more comfortable bar and social facilities.
THE EXISTING PAVILION The Pavilion sub-committee are currently exploring areas of funding, before presenting a set of drawings to local architects for detailed plans to be created.
